Over the past five years, Archival bags have traveled everywhere from Kashimir to Thailand, Mallorca to Malawi. However, as these snaps from our Archival Instagram feed show, they still look their best – and most at home – in their native state of Oregon.Need a travel bag for summer but don’t have the funds to pay full pop? Archival is selling its remaining inventory of Rolltops, Rucksacks and Duffels in red and cobalt canvas duck. Grab one soon as supplies are limited and these colorways won’t be coming back.
Check our Odds & Ends section for the full inventory of bags.
For holiday travel may we recommend our made in the USA, heavy duty, best quality waxed twill duffel? Perfectly sized for carrying on trains , autos, airplanes, boats, etc. The duffel’s bottom has a double layer of burly waxed twill to put you at ease even when setting your bag down in damp or gritty traveling conditions. Here are some snaps of my duffel in transit at the Eugene, Oregon, Amtrak station. Available in gray, ranger tan and black. For more info, visit our Archival Web Shop.
Over Spring break, Tom and I took some snaps of Archival bags in some of our favorite Eugene locations. We’ll be assembling the shots into a formal lookbook for distribution to stockists and Archival customers. Here are a few sneak previews… and outtakes by Lauren, our much beloved Archival intern.

Coming this Fall, we will be offering our Archival Duffel in heavy duty, 22 0z, water resistant, waxed canvas twill. In lieu of truck tarping, the new duffel’s bottom is reinforced with an extra layer of waterproof, waxed twill. Available in black and ranger tan.
