I’ve been following news threads about a new Engineered Garments line for women called FWK which will present “downsized, tailored versions” of EG’s “outdoorsy” men’s line. I’ve been a longtime admirer of Engineered Garments/Nepenthes ever since I saw their blazers and cruiser style jackets at Upland Clothing Company in the mid-1990s (who ARE these people, I asked Armando?). I made a few awkward attempts to purchase and tailor some of their men’s jackets to fit me but ended up releasing everything to ebay due to catastrophic fit problems (box body, monkey length sleeves).
